Dear All,
I am running call manager 8.5.
My Cisco Cius tablets registered perfectly fine with the Call Manager. Even with wireless it works fine.
But the issue is tha when i place the tablet on the dock, i am not able to hear the voice on the hand set.
Even i changed the hands with the other tablet but same issue.
Do i need to enable any sittings on the call manager.
Does anybody have faced this kind of issue.
Please guide me how i can solve this issue.

Did you connect external power to the dock station ?

Yeah, you need an external power brick or 802.3at (not 802.3af) to fully power that dock. It only acts as a charger when connected to 802.3af.
