Cisco CME 8.6 have SIP trunks connected to provider server as IP Trusted list (not as register SIP trunks) and have internal SIP devices (Apple iphone and ipad) which require registration to this cme as local extensions. Office Telepony connection to the sip provider is fine as long as internal SIP devices are not connected. As they got connected to CME, Office Telepony stops working dialing out and incoming calls from sip provider and internal SIP devices also behaves strangly( no loal calls or no inbound).
what special configuration is required to achieve this task and which translation profiles and dial-peers will be used by these sip extensions? will thwy use the same dial peers and translations as sccp extentions do?

One would need to look at traces to understand what happens.
Generally speaking, these advanced configuration are better taken by a reputable consultanto, or UC certified Cisco Partner. You may loose a lot of time ang gain frsutration if attempting to do yourself.

Hi Paolo,
Thank you for your reply.
traces are really horrible. once one of my first voip dial-Peer changed itself in the configuration with the DESTINATION-PATTERN of internal sip private ip addresss:PORT 5062
This gave me hint that i should change the command
source-address 192.168.1.1 port 5060 TO PORT 5062? ANY COMMENTS ?
THANK YOU
