Cisco CME and Avaya Office inter call routing

Hello experts,

we have CME 10.0 running cisco phones and the other site have Avaya office and server running Avaya phones , how can I route call between them.

Hi,

You will have to get some kind of IP connectivity between two site and then make a dial-peer on CME pointing to the IP of the Avaya Server.

Example. 

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern <avaya extension generic pattern>

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:<IP of the Avaya server>

dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-notify <DTMF capabilities>

voice-class codec 1

Hi Adarsh,

thanks for your help. I tried the above as you mentioned but connection refused by avaya. I am using codec G711alaw. but ip reach-ability end to end is ok.
