Hi all,
I am troubleshooting Cisco 2901 CME. Have Cisco 7821 SIP phones. Configuration of DN, Voice register pool, voice ports configurations are attached.
When we call from outside to all pstn number (except one), it is forwarded to extension 1001 and call is successful.
But when I call to only one of the extensions, the call is forwarded to the same extension. But when lifts the handset, only can listen the 1st Hello word. After that call disconnects.
IP Phone to CME is using SIP phones.
Any Suggestion ?
Also can you please tell me about " How the shared extension works ? As per the configuration all the incoming calls are forwarded to extension 3000.
But 3000 is configured as number 2 dn.
