Cisco CME SIP-URL call

Hello everything! I use cisco CME with SIP phone (dx650). Can possible do outcoming call with SIP-URL in CME systems? Best regards

I have topologi:

dx650 -- cisco cme --- internet --- sip operator (sipsorcery.com)

call with sip-uri on dx650 like nummer@sipsorcery.com --->

in log I see only SIP call from dx650 to CME.

I have no call from CME to SIP operator.

I have comand in config:

voice service voip

sip

contact-passing

voice class uri sipsorcery sip
host sipsorcery.com

dial-peer voice 80 voip
session protocol sipv2
session target sip-uri
incoming uri request sipsorcery

Is this is good config?
