Hello team,

kindly support on below Cisco cme managements

1.I need to block certain users form my lan to call ouside pri connection can this be done on Cme ??

2.When i dial Call to ouside pri srarting with 999 then call are not going!!..
for example:my phone number is 9995869476. 9 is used as prefix to call outside.So first i dial 9 the when i dial my phone number it is not going out..that is 99995869476# not working..

rest of all calls are working

3.Can i log 1 month or last 50 calls call history of my users via Call manager express
How can we take these logs??
Kindly suggest how to track calls of users calling history of these

Hi,

1. Yes, it can be achieved through COR lists

2. Can you share the dial-peers that are configured on CME, you should have one starting with destination-pattern 9999 or similar to be matched to send the call out.

dial peers are listed below

dial-peer voice 2 pots
 destination-pattern 9T
 port 0/1/0:15
  !
dial-peer voice 1 pots
 incoming called-number .T
 direct-inward-dial
 port 0/1/0:15

Can you try adding a new dial-peer below and test again

dial-peer voice 3 pots

destination-pattern 9999.......

forward-digits 10

port 0/1/0:15

If the call still fails then post the "debug voice ccapi inout" for a failed call.

Configured the dial-peer voice 3 pots,

But still 999xxxxxxx calling issue is there.

Debug voice ccapi inout not shows any output when calling 999xxxxxxx

Do you get debug output for other calls? Is it only for this call that you do not get an output?
