Have checked online and noted that 3905 does not support Corporate Directory. Is it possible to upgrade firmware and then it may work. Any ideas please.
A: That phone is EOS/EOL, the last FW for it is back from 2018
Does CUCM support dial by PIN Numbers. Example an staff would dial 0, followed by 4 or 6 digits PIN and then dial the Inter-State Numbers or International Numbers.
A: If you mean short dial, yes, that's simply translation patterns. Otherwise, it might be FAC or CMC, not exactly sure of the behavior you want. Search for FAC and CMC.
Does CUCM support Manager-Assistant on the 7811 and 7821 phones. It will be on the hard phones instead of the Secretary screen calls from the web interface.
A: IPMA, can't recall if those models are supported but you can review the guides for that.
For Remote workers who need Audio, Video and Web Conference access, should CUBE or Expressway be recommended. We may have the Cisco Meeting Server as the Conference solution.
