I've been asked to provide a report of calls to and from an extension from a cisco desk phone. This report does not need to be elaborate. Date, Time and caller ID is sufficient. I'm unable to find in the UCM where I can accomplish this. Any assistance would be appreciated. TIA

You can use CDR/CAR for that, plenty of threads on the topic on CSC

I guess I didn't clarify what I meant by 'simple'.

That is as simple as it gets with the CUCM.... Not sure what else you are looking for here. You go into the CDR page, put the extension you want to view and the range of dates and hit submit then it provides a graph of time, date, and called/calling number. Java's answer is the best you are going to get without some third party solution.
