Cisco CP 3905 - No Ringback played after initial announcement

Dear,

 

I am facing problem of this phone running out of ringback after an initial announcement.
This problem has already been resolved in the 8800 and 7800 family phones
The caveats that solved this problem is the
CSCvn57643 - No ringback tone played after initial announcement
Would anyone know if this correction is planned for the 3900 family?

As per below BUG it is working as expected https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg73116/?rfs=iqvred Symptom: problem description: 3905 is ignoring 180 ringing with no SDP, after 183 with SDP (initial greeting ANN media), when calling into hunt pilot, resulting in no MoH or ringback. Conditions: affected CM versions: 10.5.2.14066-1, 10.5.2.14074-1 and 10.5.2.16136-4 ( https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCva93755 ) 3905 firmware: CP3905.9-4-1SR2-2, -----------------CP3905.9-4-1ES5 and CP3905.9-4-1ES7, MOH works when put in queue, no ringback when call is presented to agent------------- 3905 MAC: 88F077892829; IP: 10.201.192.120 Example call details: 3905 dials 4000(hunt pilot) then call is presented to 7821 @3:27 PM CST Hunt pilot config: -Queue calls enabled Music On Hold Server Audio Source Information: -MOH WAV file source: SampleAudioSource -initial announcement: Welcome greeting sample -Initial Announcement for queuing-enabled Hunt Pilot calls: Play announcement before routing to Hunt Member -Locale announcement: English, United states Workaround: -This works as expected when "play announcement when call is queued" is set for "Initial Announcement for queuing-enabled Hunt Pilot calls field" -This works as expected with SIP 8845 phone with the same device config ** Please rate useful posts

Even using the 9-4-1SR3 firmware in cp 3905 the problem still exists. We used in my company also the phones model 8845 and 8865 and in these it was enough to carry out the firmware update so that the problem was solved (CSCvn57643)

 

This is causing great complaints from users.

 

The phone is running out of ringback tone when 183 Session Progress (with SDP) is followed by 180 Ringing (The calls are routed to PSTN after initial announcement)
