Cisco CP-7841 phone will not register. I am new to CUCM, so hopefully this is a simple fix. I ordered new CP-7841 phones but the default options look nothing like my current phones. I don't have any TFTP server options. The current software version on the new phone is sip78xx.11-0-0MPP-7 while the other phones that are up and working are on sip78xx.12-0-1-11. With my old phones I could just copy the profile and swap out the MAC and it would register and come right up. With these new phones it doesn't even try to register and I have no options to point it to a specific TFTP server. If I go to Phone Status > Provisioning > it will periodically pop up with my CUCM ip so I know it is getting to the server but it always fails to download anything. Under provisioning now it says https://webapps.cisco.com:443 and then it says status: failed, reason: download failed. I'm not sure what the next step is. It also pulls a good ip through DHCP every time it boots.

Phones with 11.0.0MPP firmware are multi-platform phones. These will not work with CUCM.
You will have to get them exchanged or another option to look through is converting from MPP to Enterprise on https://upgrade.cisco.com/
