Cisco CP-8845 and Fanvil i60

Hi everyone,

I’ve bought two Cisco CP-8845 phones and configured them with my 3CX PBX. If I make a video call from one Cisco to the other, it works fine both ways. The problem is with a video intercom.

When I press the button on the intercom, the call starts but no video is shown on the Cisco. However, if I call the intercom from the Cisco, the video works correctly.

I think the problem is related to the H.264 payload type. I can change the value from the Fanvil configuration page, but I’d like to know if anyone knows what payload type the Cisco uses.

Hi,

Try to open a case with 3CX support. But this IP Phone is not related as supported (CP-8845) at 3CX Supported IP Phones.
