These things rarely stump me, but neither an older Plantronics CS70 VT or brand new Sennheiser SD Office (SD BS) will receive audio on my new CP-8845.
Setup - 4. Accessories - 1 Analog Headset [checked] with headset symbol.
Details show... Name: Analog headset - Device type: Peripheral - Configured: Yes
Accessories Setup shows... Analog headset setup: 1 Wideband enabled: Off
Is there a Cisco Call Manager setting that needs to be invoked for this phone?
Many others in the building have the same issue.
