Cisco CP-8861 3PCC unable to dial using call history list.

We have Cisco CP-8861 3PCC phones that are unable to dial out from the call history list.

What happens when you try to dial? Can you give an example of the number? also, can you please share your dialplan?

The phone produces a busy signal. I am working on getting a dialplan.

We were able to correct this by changing the dial plan. it was ony +1 numbers that were failing.
