I did only Admin settings and reset all but it doesnt work.

I try the factory reset and upload the last Sip Firmware 9-4-1SR2, after
that my phone tries to get a file named VMLINUZ that is not part of the ZIP
firmware file, i did some google research and found file at

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1TImusMjrzjUU9VTnkyN2daRDg/view

After put all files together at TFTP directory the phone pick all files and
now it's registered at my Asterisk server with correct time zone and
clock settings.

Thanks for your help

Post the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file.

Date and time of my Asterisk server is ok.

1.  There is no such thing as "E. South America".

2.  "Standard" is spelled wrong.

Both reasons is why the phone is on the wrong timezone.

The correct syntax is "South America Standard/Daylight Time".

Leo,

Thanks for your help and patience.

I've attached 2 files, one from 7911g phone that i worked yesterday and is ok with date and time and the other file is from 3905 with the correct spell :

<timeZone>South America Standard/Daylight Time</timeZone>

3905 still with wrong time.

When you said that you've "changed" the timezone, did you factory-default the phone or not?

Config is showing this.  So the config is fine.  I have no idea why the phone is saying otherwise.
