We have recently changed a phone (CP 8821) and worked for few weeks. Then suddenly stooped because it could not turn on without connecting to the charger. we have also changed the battery but problem looks same. Active load was sip8821.11-0-3SR6-15. So far we haven't faced any issues with other phones that are in this active load version. We have also downgraded the version to sip8821.11-0-3SR6-3 but still we have to connect to the charger to turn it on. Once its turned on, we can remo
