I am having this strange problem am facing with my Cisco Call manager , specifically with Cisco Ctl Client
when i try to log in to the Cisco Ctl client using my administrator password " that is Complex password " which is more than 8 character with spaces , numbers , capital letters & small letters , and the ! @ # $ % ...etc I can't log in with it to the Ctl client and an error message appear
"User could not be authenticated"
but when I use another administrator account on my ccm with simple password ... it works ok !!!!
why is that ???
I tried to look up for service that might be responsible for such thing but no luck with this
am I missing something here ?? am sure am not entering a wrong password , very sure about that
by the way the account with the complex password is working fine with the ccm application with no problems .. just with the Ctl Client !!
