Hi,
Actually client DHCP DNS was having restrictions, so after changing it DNS with global DNS, its working fine. Configured and tested.

Hi,
DX650 purely an android base phone.
IN cucm under device configuration you have few options which needs to be checked in terms of this android phone.
Check if your phones wifi is ON if yes switch it off and and also VPN features are off
When you connect the device initially it automatically upgrades it self.so wait for some time.
Also try doing factory reset once
Also device pack needs to be updated if incase you are not able to see the device under add tab.
This are the basic steps which I do if incase i get issues with this phone.
