Cisco DX650 Pickup button not appearing

I have a Cisco DX650, and I have installed latest firmware ( sipdx650.10-2-2-23  ) on it. 

I have tried to show a pickup button, but I didn't find it. I made some searching to show if there any setting or configuring to enable pickup button, but all said you can find it by default.

Could anyone one assist me to solve this problem??

Did you create a 'feature control policy' with pickup enabled. Assign it to Common phone profile and then to a phone.

I solve this issue. The solution from modify button items in CUCM . I added pickup button from there and its apprar now.

How are you handling the softkeys??? via feature control policy?? or softkey templates??
