Cisco DX650 Takes time to Ring

Hey,

Am using a cucm 8.5 and i have deployed different sets of phones

they are working correctly, ringing instantly when you initiate a call to another phone

 

But when i initiate a call or transfer from  the DX650 phones to another phone like 7875 or 7911 etc..

It takes more second before the calls goes through

 

Whereas other phones calling the DX650 it rings instantly.

 

I don't when if that's how it is or is a system default way

Are you experiencing this with other SIP endpoints as well. There are a couple of known bugs related to this behavior

Try lowering the T302 timer in service parameters and see if it helps.
