Cisco E1 PRI and E1 R2 on the same physical card?

Hi All,

I have E1 card (vwic3-2mft-t1/e1). I'm not sure if I can use the 1st port as E1 PRI and  the 2nd port as E1 R2.

Does anyone know about this?
