Cisco Finesse Wrap Up reasons not accessible after extension change.

I recently made an extension change for a user who uses Cisco IP communicator 8.6.6, and uses Cisco Finesse 11.6(1) in Google Chrome version 122.0.5615.138. Before the extension change, the user in question could click on Wrap-up reasons to the right of the main Cisco Finesse screen and select a Wrap up reason following a call. Since the extension change, they can no longer perform this task. The Wrap-Up dropdown is no longer there. I have made sure their device is associated with RmCm in CUCM, and I have made sure that the correct extension and skills are assigned to the user resource in UCCX. What else can I do to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance for any help.
