Hello All !
I have updated new firmware SCCP6945.9-3-1-3 to my 65 Cisco 6945 phone.. I have faced problem after upgarde .I m using cisco call manager 8.5 version.
Problem : Missed call history not getting placed in Call history log.
Could you please suggest some idea ?
I though may be new update has failled with placing histroy.
Any solution guys

you are been hit by a known bug
Upgrade to latest firmware and it will be resolved.
