Level 1

We have integrated ISR4300 as H323 gateway with existing CUCM version 8.
On Gateway we have two PRI E1 installed and dial plan configured. The issue is when we call from Cisco phone to PSTN network our call got disconnected after four ring and we are not able to hear any ring from Cisco phone side.
Call flow is Cisco phone --CUCM-- ISR4300 - PRI 1.

Incoming calls are working fine.

Router IOS Version - 16.6

Please help.

Regards,

Prem v.

Run "debug isdn q931" on the gateway, make a call and post the output.
