Hello
We like to use the new Cisco Wireless Headsets and the difference between Standard and Multibase is pretty clear but I could not found any information about the "Supervisor" or "Coaching" function.
This is important for our Contact Center People. We need to be able to listen to calls and teach the employees. Other brands,like Jabra Engange 75 are really simple to pair a second Headset and to listen to the call. We are looking for the same function within the Cisco Wireless Headsets...
Anybody can help me or does know how it works?
