We have an enviroment thas is the follow: the Picture is attached.
When the caller is an IP Phone, inside the network, everythings works fine. ( Yellow arrow in the picture)
When the caller is an ANALOG PHONE in the PSTN, the caller doesn´t hear the audio´s prompt, but if they press the any key, the DTMF works and if the option of the key call the agent, the call complet and the caller hear the agent. (Blue arrow in the picture)
The problem happens only with the audio prompt.
The call follow from a intercluster no gatekeeper trunk between our customer and our network.
The codecs is only G711.
Can you please post a show run of your VG and a show voip rtp connections in the moment when the caller should hear the prompt?

if you make an outbound call from the intercluster trunk and the voice gateway. Do you hear the voice ? what is the codec for each call. you can check it on the phone itself while the call is active.
regarding the prompt in the incoming call, do you face this issue for all incoming calls from inter-cluster and voice gateway
