Cisco IOS XE sip-ua errr

Hello! We have some problems with CUBE. We have Cisco 4321 router with IOS XE isr4300-universalk9.16.05.01b.SPA.bin. We received sip profiles from ITSP. But when i configuring this profiles in sip-ua with command credentials I received this error:%PARSE_RC-4-PRC_NON_COMPLIANCE: `credentials username xxxxx password xxxx realm sip.telecom.kz. CUBE do not send register messages to ITSP. Please help me.

there is bug in IOS, you have to reload IOS as well.

i am using IOS XE 16.8.1 on Cisco 4331 with CME 12.2

whenever, i applied sip-ua credentials, i am getting same error

001031: Apr 27 2018 15:12:02.772 XXXX: %PARSE_RC-4-PRC_NON_COMPLIANCE: `credentials username ABCXS password 12345 realm office.com'

anyone know how to fix this.

Downgrade to version 3.16. I got this problem as well but after switching versions it got solved. It seems that version 3.16.x doesn't have this issue.
