CISCO IP 303 and Asterisk

Hello,

I have a problem with Asterisk (13.0.15) and my two IP PHONE CISCO 303..

When I receive an external call on phone1, and I want to transfer it on phone2, the line falls ...

How can I solve it?

Hello,

asterisk works well.. if I connect with 2 ip software installed on the PC, everything works fine..

the problem is the cisco phone..

The SPA phones are handled in the SMB area, but as Dennis pointed out, general questions, and mixing different vendors are usually best handled in forums like voip.org

I thought writing here because if I you use other hardware ( Grandstream ) everything works perfectly , while with my two cisco 303 when I transfer the call the line falls ...

then the problem is definitely some phone configuration ..

some idea?
