Cisco ip communicator for win 11 on Mac M1

Is it or will it be possible to run Cisco ip communicator on a Mac M1 using Parallels/Win 11

No way to answer that, you'll have to test it out to find out if it will work or not, the product is EOL/EOS and anything EOS is no longer tested for compatibility.
