CISCO IP Communicator in PC

Dear Concern, 

I have a Router called TP-LIN Model No: TL-WR740N which is connected to our network but has NAT Configuration in the Router where it has its own DHCP and provide a completely different IP than our network only WAN IP is from our network, now the PC connected to this Router has CICSO IP Communicator softphone, I did port triggering for TFTP (UDP 69), SCCP (TCP 2000), HTTP (TCP 80), and RTP (UDP 16384) now its connecting with the server I am able to call and receive the other party can hear me but I can not hear them. bellow is the table of triggering I am not sure on the triggering port filed whether its correct or no, and what I need to put in order to work and the issue is the I can not set the Triggering Port field From-To Port number while incoming port I can set From-To Port number.

Please someone to help me how can I resolve this issue and worth to be mentioned that when I connect my PC to normal Network out of this router then I am able to hear and talk and also they can hear me and talk to me, mean working perfect, please help me

This looks like you have an IP routing issue.


The ip path has to be available in both directions
between the phones/IP Comm

Looking at your port triggering
You have only set the UDP for 16384.
You need to use the full range 16384-32768
as the ports are randomly selected by the call manager.

You also need to check that there isan IP route from
the other end IP subnet to your IP Comm subnet.
