Hello everyone. I am experiencing an issue with our Cisco IP Soft phone. There are a few layer to this issue so I will keep it brief.
The current issue we are experiencing is not on every phone. We are using this system over a local host VPN.
Scenario: One of my engineers devices are unable to answer incoming calls outside of the network. When the call is answered, it immediately hangs up the call on the callers end, and gives my engineer a fast busy. If they receive a call from inside the network, the call is find both TX and RX on both sides.
Anyone have a clue what could be causing this?

Is anyone over your VPN working with IP communicator? Or is it just one user?

I currently have two users over the VPN. One, no issues. The other, all of the issues listed.
