cisco ip communicator registration problem

Good morning, I've a callmaanger 10.0.1 and all works wel.

 I've registered a cipc and it works wel, but   on the phone display appears Always  the service menu. (see attached file)

Eachone can help me?

This is probably because you are using https services, change them to http and it should be resolved.

That's part of the CUCM 10.0 self-provisioning.

 

CIPC will always show a blank services window for the self-provisioning since it doesn't support HTTPS.

 

Under the phone configuration, remove the Idle URL and then save and reset.

 

You can update the Universal Device Template you're using for auto-registration to not contain the Idle URL if you are not going to be using the self-provisioning feature.
