Thanks for the response.  I had a secretary who wanted to duplicate her 7965 that had about 15 extensions on it. I could only fit 8.

I see. If other people need to answer these extensions as well as her, then you could achieve a similar setup/workaround with some hunt lists in a broadcast configuration.

If no one else but herself needs to answer to the extensions then a CFWD on those extensions to her own extension will do the trick.
