SPA525G or wireless handset for desk phone may answer your question. Or may not - it depend on your's (undisclosed) requirements.

i've read this '5 years ago'  link before asking this question , can someone please confirm cisco doesn't have any  wireless handset 'not headset' solution for desktop ip phones.

Im searching for cisco ip phone  like alcatel-lucent 8068.

First sentence seems to be asking for handset, second sentence refer to  alcatel-lucent 8068 - it's IP phone, not handset.

If you wish for IP desktop with wireless handset support - I mentioned SPA525G2 already. If you wish to buy just handset - as far as I know, Cisco manufacture no own handsets.

Cisco CP-8821 is a wireless handset that operates in 802.11a/b/g/n.  This model has superseded the CP-7921G/7925G/7925EX.  

Alternatively, if a wireless desk phone is what you are looking for, then look at the CP-9971.  This model operates in 802.11a/b/g, however, this unit requires a power source.

As Leo states there are no desk phones with cordless handset from Cisco, your best bet is a wireless phone such as 8821 or 7925/6.

As to desk phone with wireless capabilities 8861 is the current model that would meet the requirement, though the handset on this model is not wireless.
