Cisco IP phone 6851 call issue

Good Morning,

I have setted my ip phone with the proxy, alternate proxy and username and password with the right sip server, the line is registered but the phone can only receive calls, but can't call anyone, is there anyone that have encountered this issue and fixed it?

What phone system is this phone registered to? If it is CUCM, then the problem will be that the phone and/or DN does not have a Calling Search Space assigned.
