Cisco IP Phone 7912 Issue

Hello

I have an issue with a coupple Cisco 7912 and they're presenting this problem: The phone boots every 10sec, It's boot so fast that I'm not able to access the configuration of the phone. I did the default factory to the phone but the problem persits.

There's a way change the firmware to the phone in case is corrupt.

Hi, if all of the phones are behaving the same I don't think it's the firmware issue. Check if your phones can access the TFTP at CM, check the firewalls in between the path. I faced the same issue for my SIP 79XX phones few days back just because of my security guy put some TFTP/UDP access restriction in between.
