Cisco IP Phone 7915 Expansion Module - Page 2 Button Issue

Hello All,

We have the following setup at our Receptionist desk:

CP-7962G --with--> 7915 Expansion Module

I created a new Phone Button Template for this device in which I just copied the template "7962G SCCP 6L-6P-5S-1T" and modified it like the following:

 1 - Line
 2 - Line
 3 - Line
 4 - Line
 5 - Line
 6 - Line
 7 - Call Park BLF
 8 - Call Park BLF
 9 - Call Park BLF
10 - Call Park BLF
11 - Speed Dial BLF
.....continue to be all Speed DIal BLFs to.....
30 - Speed Dial BLF

I then applied the template to the Receptionists Phone, then I modified every one of those buttons above adding in the Park and Speed Dial lines that they wanted. Saved and Applied the config, also did a "Reset" on the phone just to be sure...

When went down to check on the Phone, Page 1 of the Expansion Module is showing everything correctly, just as I configured it in the "Busy Lamp Field Speed Dial Configuration [phone-mac-address]" Page. However, when I click the Page 2 button on the expansion module nothing happens on the Module's screen, but on the Phone's screen it displays the message:

"That key is not active here"

Is there something I might be missing here? Not sure if I missed a step or something along those lines, but I just can't get it to go to Page 2...

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in Advance,
Matt

how have you configured the phone button template, as for 7915 we configure 12 button template Or 24 button template. configure the 24 button template and see if it works for you, below is the doc snippet:

Hey venperum, thanks for the reply, very much appreciated!

Yes, I think you are correct. Checking the drop-down box for the Expansion Module section under the device configuration page, I had the "7915 12-button Line Expansion Module" selected. I changed it to the 24-button one, but I can't restart the phone just yet. But, I assume its going to work.

Thanks Again for the reply!
