Cisco IP phone 7941 dialing 2 times a same number

Has anyone know why dealing a number one time, the other end detects as it was dialed 2 times? We use CUCM 7.xx

 

Not happen with all number dialed, just with some services we call into.

 

Any clue how to solve it?

Hi, I've experienced this issue and firmware upgrade fixed the issue. Have you tried upgrading your firmware? Cannot recall what specific version I used before.

I just upgraded the Firmware to the last version, but still happening again.

 

We noticed, the problem is not on the first dial, but when we trying to access to a conference room, entering the number.

 

Any clue?
