Hi,
We done below task for afrosaid problem
1. Change the IP phone
2. Change the cabling from end user till switch port
3. Change the Switch port
4. Remove configration from CUCM for End user and Phone
But still problem is persisting ... Please assist me

What is CUCM version and IP phone firmware?
IS phone working on PoE or Power CUBE?Are u facing problem with this phone model only?

Hi,
CUCM version - 8.1
IP Phone version SIP42.9-0-2SR1S
Phone is working on POE and this only 1 phone having such issue.

Hi Sandeep,
Try doing factory reset of the phone ,

Are other phones working fine on the same switch where 7942 is creating problem.

Check event-viewer logs. Collect from RTMT for the time issue happens. Keep a buffer of 10 min before and after the reboot happens
