Hi guys,
It appears I have a problem with my telephone device as calls are received however it is not ringing with a sound. The dnd button is not enabled. Any ideas?

Yes, and its flashing in red so I can know that someone is ringing

could you please search that extension number under route plan report to verify whether it is assigned to some other device also?
Please ensure the ringer volume is set to audible level.
if you assign any other extension to this device, will it ring? if not, most probably it could be phone hardware issue

Hi.
Assuming you are using CUCM 8.5 or later, check under line configuration "Ring Setting (phone idle) value. try to force it to "ring"
