Cisco IP Phone 7962 remains in "Upgrading" state | CUCM 8.6
==================================================
Hi team.
I execute a "factory reset" to Cisco IP Phone 7962 because the phone could not register. (Please view 7962_1.jpg).
The issue is that he phone restart and remains in "Upgrading" state. (Please view 7962_2.jpg). After
After 1 or 2 minutes in that state, the phone reboots, try downloading a file "term62.default", appears 100% and restarts again.
Note that the MAC address that appears below the word "Upgrading" is the MAC address of that 7962 phone.
I appreciate your collaboration.
Regards.
EG.

Yeah, of course.
I apply this procedure:
Step 1: Download Cisco phone firmware
- I download this file: "cmterm-7942_7962-sccp.8-4-1SR2.cop.sgn".
Step 2: Configure the DHCP/TFTP server
Step 3: Upload Cisco phone firmware in CUCM OS Administration > Install/Upgrade
Step 4: Restart the TFTP Service in Serviceability page.
Result: The phone remains in "UPGRADING" state.
