Cisco IP Phone 7962G - Headset Plantronics H51

Hi,

I´m trying install the headset H51 on Cisco IP Phone 7962G, but it´s not working. I connected the RJ-11 on the headset port, but it is mute. What do i need for this work ?

Hi Leandro,

The one part you need which is required for all "corded" Plantronics Headsets

(to go from Headset Jack on Cisco phones to the "Quick Disconnect" on Headset) is;

Part#Amp-26716-01

Without this cord they will never work
