Hi guys,
I'm facing issues when trying to register phones model 8845 in my 2960x cisco switch. Recently we added that switch to the network, we moved half of the phones to this switch and the specific SIP 8845 model phones do not register. Other SCCP Cisco phones are working without any problem.
If I'm moving back the 8845 phones to the WS-C3560X switch everything works perfectly. Network connectivity should not be a problem cause other models register in the same 2960 interfaces!
Do you have any idea?

Hello,
Please can you confirm that you have enabled cdp on the ports that you connect the Cisco Phones and that the phones do show up on the command "show cdp neigh detail"?

Yes they do show up. We can also see by the "show cdp neig detail" they have IP address but they keep with the "registering" message.
