cisco ip phone 9951 not detected

Hi
i have two cisco ip phones 9951 and i would like to activate vidéo call between them
i configured the tw phones on cucm 10.5
when i go to  phone  application + accessoires  i don't find cisco unified camera displayed 

how can i fix this issue

please find on the attached file the config of phones on cucm

If you go to the actual phone, can you see the camera listed in accessories??

Are you supplying enough energy to the phone to power up the camera??

the camera still not dispalyed on accessories

the phone is powerd via switch HP POE

do you use the cisco camera or did you attach a third party USB cam?
