Cisco ip phone CP-3905 Unprovisioned mode

Hi, my cisco ip phone CP-3905 in the Unprovisioned mode , althought i'm checked the firmware is newest version (CP3905.9-4-1SR2-2) ! How can i fix it ?

I'm already. Our normal using this phone and automatically this phone in the unprovisioned mode !
