cisco IP phone cp-7811 not getting DHCP ip address in one Catalyst 9200 switch the same phone can get IP with other 9200 switches
I have been checked everything correctly configured
!
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/3
switchport access vlan 998
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 102
spanning-tree portfast
end
!
CDP is enable
DHCP is working with option 150
any idea what is maybe wrong ?
and is there anything I can do about it?
Note: when i tried other cisco phone model “cisco 8845” it work fine with no problems
Issue seems with cp-7811 only

Reboot the switch.
What firmware is the switch/stack running on?

On cat 9200 what IOS running ? is this new switch ever worked for this Phone or working before ? or migrated to Cat 9200
if the same Phone working on other Cat 9200, then i will compare the IOS version, configuration and dhcp scope options.
