Hello everyone,

I configured the IVR (vxml) script fo CME, for extension numbers. ("Welcome, for dial enter the short number of worker or wait for operator")

Then i did a test call from sip trunk to CME,

Calling-number with label: XXXX (XXXX)

Called-number: YYYY

Extension-number: ZZZZ

and it works fine, but the IP-phone (now this is test CIPC), displays:

Forwarding: XXXX (XXXX)

For: YYYYY

From: Unknown number.

Where:

XXXX (XXXX) - Calling number and Label.

YYYY - Multi-line shared phone number (company number)

Is there any way for configure correct, and minimal incoming displaying message?

For example:

Incoming call from: XXXXX

And no more

Thanks!

Hi,

U would need to create a translation pattern and strip off the digits that shouldn't be seen.

Thx

M

Hello,

Thank you.

But I operate Call Manager Express System.

I'll try to describe again:

When users forwarding or transfering calls to local destination. On the display on destinated phone we see "Forward:X To: Y By: Z", but I want to see just "From: X"

On the CUCM we have simple section with four checkboxes to do this: Image in the attachment.

But I can't find information about realizing this functionality on CME.

Thanks!

Oops, sry didn't see it through.......

u can implement by using Voice translation profiles....u  can refer the below link and chk

Thx
