Cisco IP Phone SIP image and returning to SCCP image

Hi All;

Is it right that if I download the SIP image on the Cisco IP Phone then it will be very hard to return it for SCCP image?

The procedure is documented and well known.

Then if it's easy or hard, that is subjective depending the skills of the persons that does it.

Hi,

It's very easy to do.

1. Delete the SIP handset from CallManager
2. Add the handset back to CallManager as SCCP
   
3. Wait for handset to attempt to register and it will then update it's firmware to SCCP

I converted one earlier this week.
