Whenever one voice message came i have to put the password to read the message in cisco ip phone, I already reseted the password & pin of the IP phone along with the copy of configuration of another Cisco ip Phone in which no voice mailbox password is there successfully configured still the problem is there i have to press # to continue the voice mailbox message.Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

please explain wat you mean by "Skip PIN when calling from a known extension".Its an option in Call Manager software which is to be checked out or what?
