Cisco IP Phones freeze

I've received reports from one department that phones can occasionally freeze. By this, I mean they stop stops dead: They have a display, but nothing works and there's no network activity. The clock doesn't even update. We've seen this on various models of 79xx handset. We're currently on firmware 9.2.3 for these phones. The phones are connected to Ciscoo 3560G switches. Other phones on the same firmware in differening departments are fine.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

What is the hardware version on the phones that are having this issue? and what is the exact model?

7911s with V05 hardware version are defintely affected.

We've had the occasional 7941 reported a being affected too (but we have far fewer 7941s than 7911s)
