Cisco ip phones losing corporate directory

its happening on CCM ver 4.1.few phones loose their corporate directory from the ip phone menu.its been happening on/off during the week.It gets fixed by resetting the phone.anyone has any input??thanks

I have see this before where the phone get an IP address on the data vlan and still works fine but with directory.

Hi,

You should check to make sure there are no firewalls in between blocking the traffic.

Also, check to make sure the corporate directory URL is set to an IP address rather than a name. It could be a DNS issue also.
